Your information, handled with care

Privacy at Watagan Park.

Last updated 1 November 2026

Watagan Park Sproodles is a family-run breeder in Lake Macquarie, NSW. This notice explains how we handle information shared through this website. If you have a question, email info@wataganparkdoodles.com.au or call Jess on 0424 829 627.

When you send us an enquiry

Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address, town or region, the puppy you’re interested in and your message. We use these details to reply, answer your questions and talk about whether a puppy could suit your home. Share only what you feel comfortable sharing; please avoid sending sensitive health, financial or identity documents through the form.

Where your enquiry goes

Website enquiries are stored in a database connected to our private owner workspace, where authorised owner access is required to read them. If email alerts are enabled, a short notification tells us a new message has arrived and links to that workspace. The alert does not contain the buyer’s name, contact details or message.

We keep enquiry records in this workspace to manage conversations and follow up. You can ask us to correct or delete an enquiry. Some records connected with a purchase may need to be retained for business or record-keeping purposes.

The services behind this website

We use Vercel to host the website, a hosted PostgreSQL database for enquiries and account records, and Vercel Blob for website images. Resend is the email service prepared for owner notifications when enabled. These providers process information needed to operate their services, and processing or storage may take place outside Australia.

We do not sell your enquiry details or add you to a marketing mailing list just because you contact us.

Website usage and cookies

Vercel Web Analytics helps us understand general website use, such as pages visited and device or browser information. It uses a cookie-free approach to analytics. We do not intentionally send enquiry form content to analytics. Hosting services may also process technical request and security information to run and protect the website.

The owner sign-in area uses authentication cookies to keep the authorised owner signed in. Visitors can browse the public website and send an enquiry without creating an owner account.

RightPaw and other external links

If you continue a purchase through RightPaw, information you give them is handled under their own privacy policy and terms. This website’s enquiry form does not take payment details. Other linked services, including insurance providers and breeder associations, also have their own policies.
